If you request a Private, Double Occupancy Room, the only 2 places we have are the Ohana Elegant Cottage and the Elegant Studio in Front of the Main House with its own Private Parking.
The Cost for these Private Double Occupancy Rooms are $4795.00 Per Person. Meaning a Couple is a Total of $9590.00 and we are only Accepting Couples for these Private Rooms unless you desire to pay the Full Amount for these Private Double Occupancy Rooms.
The Ohana Cottage has a Living Room that has a Comfortable Couch and Sleep Settee so it can Sleep 6 People. It also has a Full Kitchen with Large Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven and Island with Bar Stools. Appliances, Glassware, Dinnerware and Cookware are provided along with Coffee, Tea and other Food/Fruit Goodies to Enjoy. It has a Full Covered Porch with Dining for Six and BBQ that overlooks part of the Ocean and Palm Trees. It has 2 Private Queen Bedrooms with Full, Lovely Bathrooms and Sleep Settees in each room. It also has a 50” TV, DVD Player and WIFI.
The Elegant Studio has a Comfortable Couch and Sleep Settee along with Bunk Twin Bed above the Closet, so it can Sleep 4 People, a Kitchen with Large Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven and Island with Bar Stools. Appliances, Glassware, Dinnerware and Cookware are provided along with Coffee, Tea and other Food/Fruit Goodies to Enjoy. It has an Outdoor Porch with Dining for Six and BBQ that overlooks part of the Ocean and Palm Trees. It has a CA King with Full, Lovely Bathroom that has a Round Walk-in Shower. It also has a 50” TV, DVD Player and WIFI.
It will be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE for SIGN UPs with All Private, Double Occupancy Rooms used to Maximize Space due to Limited Sleeping Arrangements as we only have 3 Rooms.
The Cost for any Additional People sleeping in a Twin/Full Bed in the Ohana Cottage or the Studio are $3795.00 Per Person Extra.
