You will be Served Three Healthy, Delicious Gourmet Meals a Day with Creative Vegetable, Fruit & Fish Dishes. So much Care and Thought has gone into each Meal to Accommodate all Eating Lifestyles from Vegetarian, Semi-Vegetarian, Lacto Ovo Vegetarian, Lacto-Vegetarian, Pesco-Vegetarian with Seafood, Vegan, Gluten Free, Macrobiotic, Raw or Living Foods and Fruitarian.

Delicious Dinner Menus:
Most Dinner Meals will have a Refreshing, Mixed Green Salad with a variety of Arugula, Green Leaf or Red Leaf Lettuce, Spinach, Kale, Mizuna, Ice Berg, Romaine, Endive, Radicchio, Chicory and Mustards along with Carrots, Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Radishes with a Raspberry and Balsamic Vinaigrette. We will have sides of Avocado, Alfalfa Sprouts, Fresh Nuts, Dried Fruits, Shaved Coconut, Feta Cheese, Parmesan and other Salad Dressings if you don’t desire a Vinaigrette. Also, Fresh Herbs to Enjoy like, Basil, Thai Basil, Parsley, Dill and Cilantro will be available to mix in the Salads as well.
Seafood Night: Dynamite Backed Salmon over a Vegetable Coconut Green Curry with a Lemongrass Infused Brown Rice. Also, Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi with a Sauté of Bok Choy, Onions, Carrots and Shitake Mushrooms with Organic Gluten Free Tamari or Coconut Soy Free Aminos, Maple Syrup and Ginger Reduction. Arugula Salad Shaved Fennel, Red Onion, Carrots with a Caramelized Asian Pear Vinaigrette.
Taco Night: Baha Style White Fish and Crispy Tofu with Black Beans, Sautéed Bell Peppers and Onions in a Cilantro Lime Butter, Spanish Rice, Organic Corn, Flour and Gluten Free Tortillas, Diced Tomatoes, Onions, Cilantro, Lime, Shredded Lettuce, Guacamole and a Cholula Cilantro Lime Lowfat Sour Cream.
Burger Night: BBQ Grilled Fish Burgers (Salmon/White Meat), Life Foods Vegan Burger Patties with Gluten Free Buns and Bread. Maui Style Potato and Sweet Potato Fries and Chips along with Tasty Cole Slaw. Fixings are Tomato, Avocado, Onions, Lettuce and Pickles along with Dressings, Vegenaise, Mustard, Ketchup, Tartar Sauce and a Roasted Garlic Aioli.
Pasta Night: Gluten Free Pasta with Basil Pine Nut Pesto along with a side of Roasted Tomato Sauce with Onions, Zucchini and Shitake Mushrooms. Also, a Veggie Pasta with a Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce of Onions, Garlic, Yellow Squash and Spinach. Yummy Gluten Free Parmesan Garlic Bread. A Cramer Salad with Shredded Carrots, Dried Cranberries, Walnuts and a Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette and/or an Asian Cucumber Sesame Salad.
Vegetable Night: Scrumptious Eggplant Parmesan and a Baked Cauliflower Mac and Cheese with Toasted Bread Crumbs. Spinach Salad with Pickled Beets Shaved, Green Apple, Candied Pecans, Bleu Cheese with a Pear Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Soup and Salad Night: Delicious Coconut Lobster Bisque with Shitake Mushrooms and Cilantro. Carrot Ginger Curry Soup and Roasted Beet Salad with Arugula over Quinoa and Peas, Chimichurri with Feta and Olive Oil Sprinkled with Hawaiian Sea Salt.
